Well, new Jmaican Prime Minister Bruce Golding today
released his Cabinet appointees. the names came at in a rush on the nightly news,
but the number I heard clearly - 18 in all, including at least three (if not four)
Ministers Without Portfolio.
This contradicts somewhat - if one discounts the MWPs, and we're not trying to discount them on a personal basis - Mr Golding's earlier profession of maximum 14
ministers, not to mention that it goes against my recommendation of 12.
